Schwarzenegger Asks Obama for Public Works Investment
Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger was in Philadelphia today at a national governor's conference. He's also meeting President-elect
Barack Obama with hat in hand. The governor isn't asking for help balancing the state budget, but for the U.S. to invest in
public-works projects. Schwarzenegger says the state has a backlog of $28 billion in projects from airports to roads stalled
for lack of federal funds.
