High Speed Rail / Parental Notification Propositions
In the first half hour, we look at a proposition on the November ballot asking voters to approve nearly $10 billion for a high-speed rail system from San Francisco to L.A. In the second half, we take up Proposition 4, which would amend the state constitution to require that parents be notified before a minor can receive an abortion.
