Yahoo Board Meeting Upsets Shareholders
The Yahoo board of directors got an earful from angry shareholders today at the company's annual meeting. Yahoo's board defended its decision earlier this year to reject Microsoft's 43-billion dollar takeover offer. Today's meeting in San Jose was the first since Yahoo rejected that bid.
