The U.S. House of Representatives has passed a bill that gives immunity to telecoms from surveillance lawsuits. In the first
half hour we discuss the bill, now on its way to the Senate. Then, Zimbabwe's opposition presidential candidate withdrew from
Friday's run-off election, citing increased violence. In the second half hour we look at the latest developments in Zimbabwe.
