The History of Bay Area Environmentalism
We interview geography professor Richard Walker about his book, "The Country in the City: The Greening of the San Francisco Bay Area" which chronicles the long and rich history of environmentalism in the Bay Area. Walker is also chair of the California Studies Center at UC Berkeley.
