Physician Satisfaction
America's primary-care physicians have been showing more discontent in recent years according to a recent survey measuring career satisfaction levels. The survey also looked at the concerns of primary care doctors and their place in the medical hierarchy, as well as the diminishing number of students entering the field. This program examines the issues behind these "physician blues" and the characteristics of managed care, primary care and the differences between specialty and non-specialty medical careers in the U.S.
