Ananya Roy: Poverty and Planning
Forum discusses global poverty and aid with Ananya Roy, associate dean of international studies and associate professor of city and regional planning at UC Berkeley. Roy's current research project is titled "Povertyscape: The New Global Order of Aid, Debt and Development." In 2006, she received UC Berkeley's Distinguished Teaching Award.
