Pacific Time : Telemarketing Explodes in South Korea
In the last four years or so, telemarketing has exploded in South Korea. According to the Korean telemarketing trade body, it makes around $6 billion. By 2007, it is projected that the telemarketing sector will be worth around $15 billion. That means an awful lot of cold calls trying to push an awful lot of sales and services.
