If not, you now have a chance to see this happen in real life thanks to artist Mike Lai, who is putting on the mock battle to mark the opening of an exhibit titled "New Stories from the Edge of Asia," as well as a show of contemporary Chinese photography, at the San Jose Museum of Art. It all goes down on February 21, 2013 at 7pm. For tickets and more information, visit sjmusart.org.

A few ways to celebrate: check out a spectacular lion dance and other asian traditions at the Oakland Museum of California on February 17th from noon to 4:30pm, catch some cultural performances and some arts and crafts at the Oakland Asian Cultural Center on February 16, 2013 from 11am to 4:30pm, or watch the Miss Chinatown US Pageant on the 16th.
