The Hess Collection
In August 2010, Gallery Crawl took a road trip to Napa, California to view The Hess Collection located in a museum on the Hess Winery properties. The robust collection features emerging artists as well as a wide range of notables, including Robert Rauschenberg, Frank Stella, Anselm Kiefer, Andy Goldsworthy, Lynn Hershman Leeson, and Francis Bacon.

They Knew What They Wanted
In July 2010, Gallery Crawl visited two of the four San Francisco galleries hosting a collaborative summer exhibition, They Knew What They Wanted. Each gallery invited an artist to curate an exhibition, using work from all four galleries' archives.

Sonny Smith: 100 Records
Artist/musician Sonny Smith set out to record 100 records, or 200 songs for a group of performers and musicians he made up over the course of a year. Smith invited almost 90 local visual artists to create the covers for the resulting 45s.

Paper!Awesome!
In March 2010 Gallery Crawl checked out Baer Ridgway Exhibitions' new group show Paper!Awesome! and interviewed curator and artist, Brion Nuda Rosch. Also on view at the gallery is a hallway installation created with tape and pencil by Bay Area artist Tucker Nichols.
