Gallery Crawl drops into the Neither Here Nor There show at Johannson Projects for a chat with gallerist Kimberly Johansson and the show's curator, Renny Pritikin, the Director of the Nelson Gallery and Fine Arts Collection at UC Davis. We also visit Maya Kabat and Antonio Vigil to talk about their Invisible Cities exhibition at Mercury 20, an artist-run gallery that's just a few blocks away in downtown Oakland.

Johansson Projects

Johansson Projects brings the work of five artists from the Davis-Sacramento area to Oakland with its February 2008 show, Neither Here Nor There... because art and culture don't stop at the Carquinez Bridge.

Mercury 20

Mercury 20's February 2008 exhibiton, Invisible Cities, features the work of members Maya Kabat and Antonio Vigil, two artists who use very different aesthetics to examine the symbiotic relationship between person and place.
