KQED always enthusiastically celebrates the rich diversity of the Bay Area. In addition, we proudly focus on nationally recognized heritage months with special television and radio programming. And we publish a special resource guide in those months, listing KQED programming, events being held throughout the Bay Area in recongation of this special month, and local community resources. These free guides -- which are distributed throughout the Bay Area -- and KQED's continuing community outreach efforts would not be possible without the support and generous contributions of our members.
