Is California's ban on same-sex marriage constitutional? The federal 9th Circuit Court of Appeals is expected to have its say Tuesday with a historic ruling on Proposition 8. KQED News presents a live, hour-long special on the decision. We'll take listeners' calls, talk with legal experts and proponents on both sides of the issue as well as discuss the possibility of Proposition 8 heading to the U.S. Supreme Court.
