Energy Policy -- What's Next? -- California will soon be implementing its new carbon trading system, but what impact will this have on climate change as a whole? What does the U.S. need to do to become a leader in energy efficiency? Will Obama's energy policy be enough to cultivate a clean energy economy while creating enough jobs to stimulate the economy? The show presents a panel discussion on propelling energy policies and funding ahead of the game and into the future. Panelists include James Sweeney, director of the Precourt Energy Efficiency Center at Stanford; T.J. Glauthier, former deputy secretary of the U.S. Department of Energy; and Tony Knowles, chair of the National Energy Policy Institute and former governor of Alaska.
