Chinese American Languishes in Chinese Jail

Eight years ago, Chinese-American businessman Jude Shao got a visit from the tax man in his Shanghai office as he was rushing to catch a plane back to the U.S. When Shao returned to China, he was arrested, charged, convicted and sentenced to 16 years for tax evasion.
