SF Central Subway Opponents Worry About 'Blank Check'

Opponents of San Francisco's Central Subway project are voicing concern over what they call a "blank check" to the project from the city's Municipal Transportation Agency. The MTA approved a resolution yesterday assuring local funding for the project if state money is delayed.
