SF Supes Approve Foreclosure Moratorium

San Francisco supervisors have voted 11-0 for a moratorium on home foreclosures in the city. The resolution asks banks and mortgage institutions to halt foreclosures until stronger state and federal measures to protect homeowners are in place.
