Oaksterdam University's Lee Anticipates Charges

Richard Lee, the founder of Oaksterdam University in Oakland, is stepping down. Lee opened the university in 2007 to legitimize the business of marijuana, and was the main backer of Proposition 19. Earlier this week, federal agents raided the university as well as Lee's home.
