New Show Chronicles Jewish Life in the Bay Area

"California Dreaming" is a song about a man longing for an ideal California. And it's the apt title of a new show about the Bay Area Jewish community now at the Contemporary Jewish Museum in San Francisco. The show chronicles Jewish life in the Bay Area from the gold rush to today in photographs, videos and displays.
