On our "Dear Mayor" series, we heard from residents of San Francisco's Bayview neighborhood on the issues they'd like the next mayor to tackle. One key complaint is the ongoing exodus of black families who say the area's high crime rate and lack of job opportunities are pushing them not only out of the Bayview, but out of the city altogether.
The overall issue of black flight from the city is, coincidentally, the subject of a symposium tomorrow night at the University of San Francisco.
Host Stephanie Martin talks with USF Law Professor Rhonda Magee, who will serve on the panel.
