U.S. Airways Passenger Incident Racial Profiling?
San Mateo County prosecutors are still deciding whether to charge Deshon Marman -- the 20-year-old African American college student arrested at San Francisco International Airport because he allegedly refused to pull up his sagging pants. Prosecutors could charge Marman with trespassing, resisting arrest and battery. Some people think it wasn't Marman who committed a crime, but airline staff and police -- by engaging in racial stereotyping.
