In San Jose, hundreds of people are expected to attend a meeting tonight with officials to talk about the city's fast growing murder rate. San Jose's 24 homicides this year have already surpassed last year's total number. At the same time, the city is considering laying off as many as 100 police officers because of budget cuts.
Host Cy Musiker talks with Jill Malone, a leader with People Acting in Community Together (PACT), the group that called tonight's meeting.
