Advocates Say More Asian American Women Need HIV Testing
Health care advocates are calling on providers to test more Asian American women for HIV. Although African Americans have the highest overall infection rate among women, Asian Americans have the highest rate of increase in new infections. But health care providers often assume their Asian patients are not infected, and don't test them.

Sharks Preview & Sports Roundup
The Sharks continue their Stanley Cup Playoff run against the Canucks tonight in Vancouver. The puck drops on Game Two at 6 PM. San Jose lost Game One, blowing a third-period lead. Jason Plank, managing editor of the SB Nation Sharks blog "Fear the Fin", said that loss reverted to a tendency the team had earlier in the season. Also in sports, A's fans endured heavy showers and another rain delay at the Coliseum last night, but it was worth it. Oakland embarrassed Anaheim 14-0 to take first place in the American League West. The A's host the Minnesota Twins tonight and tomorrow afternoon. The Giants lost to the Rockies in Colorado, 5-3; San Francisco plays the Dodgers in LA tonight.
