Former BART police officer Johannes Mehserle has been sentenced to two years in prison in the shooting death of Oscar Grant. Grant was unarmed and face-down on the Fruitvale platform when he was shot. Mehserle could have been sentenced to 14 years on the involuntary manslaughter conviction, and an accompanying "gun enhancement." But Judge Perry set aside the enhancement today. We talk with KQED's Mina Kim who's standing by in downtown Oakland with a crowd of about 100 people at Oakland's City Hall.
