Republicans are hoping for a win in California's 11th Congressional District. Democrat Jerry McNerney represents the district, but he's facing a serious challenge from Republican David Harmer. The district is evenly divided between Democrats and Republicans, but there's a burgeoning Tea Party movement as well.
