Legalize Sideshows?
Oakland Mayor Ron Dellums says he's considering a way to legally sanction sideshows to cut down on injuries and deaths at the underground, hip-hop-infused car stunt events. The idea comes after an accident last weekend that killed three people and injured three others. But City Council President Jane Brunner opposes the idea.
