In San Francisco this week, large investors and businesses are joining environmental activists to talk about climate change and carbon taxes. They're here for a meeting of CERES -- a coalition of investors and environmental groups. We talk with a CERES member about the responsibilities of companies with overseas plants to reduce carbon pollution, and about strains in the Western Climate Initiative.
