Shrinking and Improving Oakland's Schools
The Oakland Community Organizations began pushing 10 years ago to make Oakland schools better by making them smaller. Tomorrow, OCO will unveil a study by the Annenberg Foundation showing some progress toward that goal. We visit The East Oakland School for the Arts to learn more.
