Outlook Grim for Federal Water Allocations
The rain expected for this weekend won't wash away the state's drought, or the gloom for farmers and water districts who depend on federal water allocations. The U.S. Bureau of Reclamation announced it may deliver none of the water it normally provides to many California farms -- and just half as much water as usual to urban users.
