Alonzo King
Over the last quarter century, San Francisco-based choreographer Alonzo King has becoming a driving force in the dance world. His work has appeared in films and on television, and he's won top honors from the Kennedy Center and other prestigious arts organizations. The small company he founded in 1982, called LINES Ballet, is also still going strong. Stephanie Martin visited King at the Yerba Buena Center for the Arts, where he was putting the finishing touches on two world premiers for the company's 25th anniversary
