Preliminary Report on Gas Fire May Come Within a Month

An official preliminary report on how the San Bruno gas fire happened may be released within the next month. That's when the National Transportation Safety Board plans to release its early findings. Investigators need all the evidence they can get, including camera phone pictures and video from bystanders.
