Evacuees Gather in Shelters as Donations Come In

Throughout the evening people streamed by two shelters established by the Red Cross, the Bayhill Shopping Center, and the hospital with bags of donations or to offer their help. Blood Centers of the Pacific is issuing an emergency appeal for blood donations, particularly of Type O negative.
