Explosion and Fire Rip through San Bruno

Get the Flash Player to see this player.

The fires are mostly contained now in San Bruno, 12 hours after a natural gas line exploded, sending a fireball rushing into the sky. Some residents thought it was a plane crash. Everyone grabbed what they could, and ran. Firefighters reduced the explosion to just a few hotspots, but at least three people are dead, and at least 53 homes are destroyed.
