Alameda Fire Chief On Leave Over Fueling Investigation
The city of Alameda has named Mike Fisher as acting fire chief. Fisher is temporarily replacing Chief Dave Kapler who is now on paid administrative leave following accusations he repeatedly used city fuel for his personel vehicles. Kapler was photographed filling his BMW coupe and his personal truck at the fire station.
