Protestors Outside Boxer-Fiorina Debate
California's two leading candidates for US Senate are now on the record about a host of issues after debating at Saint Mary's College last night. Protestors and activists gathered outside the event, as did third-party candidates and their supporters who objected that the debate rules barred them from participating.

SF Offers Rebates for Green Retrofits
The city of San Francisco will begin offering incentives today to people who make their homes more energy efficient. The rebates of up to $2,000 are in addition to rebates from PG&E. San Francisco got $7.7 million from the stimulus bill for this program, enough to fund about 400 energy upgrades.
