SF Supervisors Postpone Vote on Laura's Law
San Francisco Supervisors today debated and then postponed a proposal to implement what's called Laura's Law. The measure gives courts the power to compel outpatient treatment for people with severe mental illness who've refused treatment, and may be a danger to themselves or others.
