Overlooked and Undercounted
Many of us are watching the New Year approach, and wishing good riddance to 2009 if only because the economy has punished so many people, and so many families. A new study from the United Way called "Overlooked and Undercounted" finds that the numbers are worse than you might think. It shows that nearly three million California households can't cover all their expenses.
