First, Apple said CEO Steve Jobs' gaunt appearance at the annual January keynote speech was caused by nothing more than a "nutritional problem." Then he announced he'd be taking some time off from running the company. Now it has been revealed that he's had a liver transplant. Apple did not inform shareholders or the public of the procedure. Host: Scott Shafer

Guests:

  • Dan Gillmor, director of the Knight Center for Digital Media Entrepreneurship.
  • Kellie McElhaney, co-faculty director and adjunct assistant professor at UC Berkeley's Center for Responsible Business
