Taxicab Medallions
San Francisco's transit agency is facing a major budget shortfall. To help raise funds, the agency is proposing to overhaul the system for distributing taxicab medallions. We discuss a new proposal to auction the medallions that's sparked controversy among drivers and cab companies.
