On Nov. 2, voters rejected Proposition 21 which would have raised California's vehicle license fees to fund state parks. Park officials, facing a major budget shortfall and more than $1 billion worth of needed repairs and maintenance, are now warning of possible closures and fee increases. We look at the future of California's state parks.
