One day after the polls closed in the Philippines, we discuss what changes the new President elect, Benigno Aquino III, might bring to a country wracked by corruption. An estimated 75 percent of eligible voters turned out. Expectations are high for Aquino, the son of iconic leaders Benigno and Corazon Aquino. We discuss the country's political future.
