San Bruno Explosion Rattles Utility Investors

The gas explosion in San Bruno rattled many utility investors today. At one point, shares of PG&E plunged almost 8 percent. PG&E owns the natural gas pipeline that ruptured, causing the massive, deadly fire. Home insurance companies are arriving in San Bruno to set up temporary offices.
